1. Scope of Work

We provide online research support for PhD research papers and online courses. Our services include:

• Assistance with research paper writing, editing, and submission to journals.
• Online course materials and guidance for enrolled students.

2. Payment Terms

• ₹20,000 per research paper (50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
• ₹1,000 per online course (upfront payment required).

3. Publication Timeline

The publication process can take up to 3 months or longer, depending on the journal's review process.

4. Refund Policy

A. Research Paper Support

• 50% refund (₹10,000) if paper isn't submitted within 3 months.
• 30% refund (₹6,000) if paper is rejected.
• No refund after successful publication.

B. Online Courses

• Full refund (₹1,000) if withdrawn before course start.
• No refund after the course starts.

5. Student Responsibilities

Students must provide necessary research data, materials, and timely feedback.

6. Our Responsibilities

We ensure quality work and communicate promptly about delays or issues.

7. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances, refunds will be handled case-by-case.

8. Agreement

By enrolling, students agree to these terms. Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion.
